OD & Talent Manager

About the role

Tagaddod is looking for an innovative and strategic OD & Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition and drive organizational development initiatives. In this role you will shape the company’s culture, attract top talent, and create a high‑performing work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and define hiring standards, interview frameworks and assessment tools.
• Design and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, role clarity, and ensure they support efficiency and scalability.
• Manage the performance management framework, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and link outcomes to rewards and succession planning.
• Develop career paths, job families, succession plans and drive leadership development initiatives.
• Lead organization development projects related to culture, engagement and change management.
• Own people analytics, build dashboards and provide insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Ensure all OD and talent processes are documented, scalable and auditable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and OD initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in people analytics and data‑driven decision making.
