About the role
EON25 is seeking a qualified, resourceful, and detail‑oriented Office Manager to ensure smooth and efficient business operations at our New Cairo office. You will be the central point for managing the physical workspace, supporting the management board, and maintaining high standards of office services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s physical office space, including maintenance, security, furnishings, subcontractors, and landlord relationships.
- Research, order, and manage office equipment and inventory.
- Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for the management board.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and schedules.
- Track office supplies and stationery stock, placing orders as needed.
- Monitor cleaning standards and ensure availability of cleaning supplies.
- Follow up on maintenance and repairs for office equipment until resolution.
- Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in an Office Manager role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and problem‑solving mindset.
