Oncology Business Partner – Alex (Women Care New Launch)

About the role

Join AstraZeneca’s fast‑growing Oncology team as an Oncology Business Partner for the new women‑care launch, Alex. You will work with healthcare professionals to drive on‑label prescribing, highlight product efficacy and safety, and help close gaps in the patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Map accounts, conduct stakeholder analysis, and develop tailored engagement plans.
• Promote proper drug positioning, testing, and on‑label use.
• Achieve sales targets while complying with company policies and ethical standards.
• Provide relevant clinical data to support prescribing decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Pharmacy or Medicine degree.
• Minimum 2 years of multinational experience.
• Completed military or other governmental obligations.
• Valid driving licence.
• Effective interpersonal and team‑building abilities.
