Oncology Business Partner – Delta (Women Care Launch)

About the role

Join AstraZeneca’s fast‑growing Oncology team as an Oncology Business Partner for the new Delta Women Care launch. You will work directly with healthcare professionals to drive on‑label prescribing, highlight product efficacy and safety, and support patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and map accounts with key opinion leaders and strategic stakeholders.
• Promote product positioning, testing, and appropriate prescribing practices.
• Achieve sales targets while complying with company policies and ethical standards.
• Provide healthcare professionals with up‑to‑date clinical data and support.
• Identify and address gaps in the patient journey to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Pharmacy or Medicine graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of multinational experience.
• Residency in Tanta or Mansoura, Egypt.
• Valid driving licence.
• Completed any mandatory military or governmental service.

Required skills

• Effective interpersonal and team‑building abilities.
• Strong presentation and digital communication skills.
• Ability to manage strategic accounts and key opinion leaders.
