Operations Field Training Specialist

About the role

The Operations Field Training Specialist supports the planning, coordination and execution of field training activities across multiple branches. You will assist in delivering training, monitoring attendance, collecting feedback and ensuring continuous learning initiatives are effective.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support branch training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and attendance.
• Assist trainers with delivery methods, adapt content to audience needs and engage participants.
• Conduct post‑training assessments, gather feedback and identify retraining requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, assessments and feedback data in line with company policies.
• Verify data quality, monitor consistency of documentation and report any discrepancies.
• Escalate field issues and support standardized reporting across branches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent coordination, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to support field visits and training activities as needed.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
