Operations Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Project Manager to coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of active projects, ensuring seamless alignment between project teams and the finance department. The role demands strong ownership, multitasking ability, and a focus on financial and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational coordination of active projects, tracking progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and the finance department, monitoring budgets, invoicing and payment status.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and prepare regular project and financial status reports for management.
• Maintain accurate project data, records and documentation, and identify operational or financial risks for timely escalation.
• Drive improvements in workflows, reporting structures and coordination processes across projects.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and completion of action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, operations or project management, preferably delivering IT projects in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and coordinate across multiple departments.
