Oracle Cloud Security Lead - Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud Security Lead to join its Oracle Security Delivery team in Egypt. The role involves leading large or multiple medium‑sized security projects, owning end‑to‑end delivery, and ensuring high‑quality service while driving upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, build, testing and go‑live activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across HCM, Finance, SCM, EPM and Risk Management & Compliance.
• Maintain functional expertise of Oracle SaaS suites (HCM, Finance, SCM, EPM, Primavera, Sales Cloud, Retail) and OCI services (OIC, API Gateway, Firewalls, WAF, KMS, Vault, Cloud Guard).
• Communicate project status to client stakeholders through daily stand‑ups, weekly updates, monthly reviews and SteerCo meetings.
• Own project charter documentation, including kickoff decks, plans, RACI matrices, risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct design workshops, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery meets client expectations.
• Govern implementation of RBAC, data security policies, segregation of duties, and OCI IAM configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in Oracle Cloud security and project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management, Oracle Security, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex security projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact directly with senior client stakeholders.
