Organization Design Specialist

About the role

The Organization Design Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining the structural blueprints, role architecture, and performance management framework across the group. This role ensures that organization charts, job descriptions, and performance cycles are coherent, standardized, and aligned with strategic objectives, while supporting succession and retention planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain organization charts for all entities, ensuring accuracy of structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and headcount.
• Develop and own standard job description templates, build a centralized JD database, and ensure consistency of titles, families, levels, and grading.
• Design and continuously improve the performance management framework, including policies, tools, appraisal templates, rating scales, and cycle coordination.
• Provide organization design input for workforce planning, structural options for new functions or geographies, and define role‑criticality for succession planning.
• Draft and maintain HR/OD guidelines, SOPs, and ensure high‑quality data integrity across subsidiaries.
