About the role

We are a well‑known factory dedicated to authentic oriental sweets such as maamoul, date bars and a variety of fruit‑based pastries. We are seeking an experienced Oriental Confectioner and Specialist Chef to join our production team and help preserve our tradition while driving innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Create traditional and modern oriental desserts, including maamoul, pakuit tea, date bars, dried‑fruit treats and mochi.
• Maintain the highest quality standards by using premium ingredients and following established recipes.
• Develop new dessert concepts that align with our brand and expand the product range.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Occasionally interact with customers, providing friendly service while performing tasks in view of the public.

Required profile

• Proven experience in confectionery, especially oriental sweets.
• Exceptional cooking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of traditional oriental sweet techniques and ingredients.
• Creative mindset capable of adapting classic recipes into unique offerings.
• Team‑player with solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
