Outdoor Electric Sales Specialist – Field Sales

About the role

The Outdoor Electric Sales Specialist works primarily in the field (about 70% on‑site) to generate revenue by selling electrical solutions such as UPS, stabilizers and solar inverters. The role combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen, requiring frequent visits to construction sites, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and solar installation sectors.
• Conduct on‑site technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Perform site inspections and technical surveys to assess project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with engineering consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Achieve assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and technical specifications to close sales.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery and post‑sale customer satisfaction.
• Report weekly and monthly activity results to the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience selling electrical products.
• Strong technical knowledge of UPS, stabilizers and solar inverter systems.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle preferred.
