Outlet Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our food and beverage outlet in Cairo. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold Fairmont standards, and drive revenue growth while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including service delivery, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and empathetically to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to implement promotions, strategic initiatives and cost‑optimization measures.
• Maintain accurate records, budgets and financial reporting, using POS and other technology tools.
• Participate in departmental meetings and communicate transparently with leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a restaurant or similar outlet in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Understanding of health, safety and food‑handling standards.
