Owned Fleet Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Owned Fleet Senior Coordinator will lead daily fleet operations for Bosta, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and efficiently utilized. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations to keep vehicles safe, compliant, and operational.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel and gasoline vehicles.
• Liaise with workshops and vendors for repairs, inspections, and servicing.
• Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records, reporting any deviations.
• Manage driver schedules and ensure adherence to company policies and road‑safety regulations.
• Support emergency situations such as breakdowns or accidents and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and internal procedures.
• Assist in incident and accident reporting and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support cost‑control activities and maintain accurate fleet documentation and reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet operations, or a similar role.
• Basic to good technical knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance.
• Experience coordinating drivers, including scheduling, follow‑up, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with drivers, workshops, and internal teams.
• Basic computer skills, including fleet management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage; logistics or transportation background preferred.
