Partner Support Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Support Engineer II to work from our Cairo office, helping panel builders across the region become certified EcoXpert partners. You will combine technical expertise with partner relationship management to drive digital transformation and sustainability solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide panel builders through certification, audits and compliance checks.
• Deliver technical training, workshops and webinars to up‑skill partners.
• Promote and integrate digital connectivity solutions into partner operations.
• Design tailored energy‑management architectures aligned with Schneider Electric’s sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales and channel marketing to launch new offers.
• Visit partners on‑site to provide hands‑on support and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably in partner support, technical sales or application engineering.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and deliver technical guidance.
