People Partner Manager

About the role

The People Partner Manager will develop integrated HR solutions and build partnerships across the function to deliver value‑added services aligned with Hikma’s business objectives. The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, enhances recruitment systems, manages relocation and employment administration, and ensures compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies, procedures and controls.
• Supervise day‑to‑day HR operations to ensure processes follow established guidelines.
• Oversee talent‑management budgeting, monitor financial performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain professional networks to source and engage new talent.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies.
• Leverage advertising channels and employer‑branding initiatives to attract candidates.
• Conduct market research on competitors and regional talent pools.
• Deliver strategic and tactical HR support, including performance management, organizational design and learning programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management or partnership roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition and employment compliance.
• Ability to analyse budgets, monitor financial metrics and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to build internal and external relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes and employment legislation.
• Experience with talent‑management budgeting and financial monitoring.
• Proficiency in building employer‑branding and advertising strategies.
