About the role

The Branch Manager (Pharmacist) will lead the daily operations of a pharmacy located in Cairo, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality medical services while maintaining a customer‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor, supervise, and resolve conflicts within the pharmacy team.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong pharmacy knowledge, including medication safety and healthcare compliance.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership, staff‑mentoring, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Effective inventory‑management and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferable.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus.
