Pharmacy Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Cairo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our on‑site pharmacy in Cairo. This full‑time position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safe and accurate prescription dispensing, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Train and develop pharmacy technicians.
• Provide guidance on immunizations and best pharmaceutical practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Relevant licensure to practice pharmacy.
• Proficiency in pharmacy practice, including prescription review and dispensing.
• Strong knowledge of immunization protocols and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in retail pharmacy management is a plus.
