Policy & Governance Manager

About the role

G Developments is looking for a strategic Policy & Governance Manager to shape and continuously improve its governance framework. The role ensures that all corporate policies align with the company’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, standardization, and ongoing enhancement of corporate policies and governance structures.
• Oversee the full governance cycle, including drafting, review, approval, and periodic updates.
• Ensure all policies are consistent with the organization’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Operations, PMO, and Risk teams to embed governance best practices across functions.
• Monitor policy implementation, track compliance, and address any gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in governance, policy management, or compliance, with demonstrated leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing corporate policies and governance frameworks.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or other asset‑heavy industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
