Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cairo, Egypt. You will advise clients on suitable property options, conduct viewings and guide them through the buying and selling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable property options and conduct property viewings.
• Guide clients through buying and selling processes, preparing and presenting proposals.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospective buyers and sellers, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stay updated on market trends, and ensure documentation complies with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong real‑estate knowledge with local market insights.
• Solid sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Effective consulting abilities – needs analysis and solution‑oriented advisory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage client expectations.
• Beneficial: prior experience in real‑estate brokerage, proficiency with CRM tools, good organisational and time‑management skills, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
