About the role

LOZɅN Catering is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Porter to join its team in Cairo. The role supports the delivery of high‑end culinary experiences by ensuring the venue and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for each event.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in designated areas throughout the venue.
• Assist kitchen staff with the setup and teardown of events, including table arrangements and equipment placement.
• Monitor deliveries, manage access to facilities, and handle gatekeeping tasks.
• Support storage and distribution of supplies, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate stations.
• Interact professionally with staff and guests, contributing to a positive service atmosphere.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies safely.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in gatekeeping or delivery‑monitoring roles is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of training and education practices to support colleagues.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Physical capability to lift and move supplies regularly.
