About the role
The Preseller supports the sales team by preparing and presenting order suggestions to customers, ensuring alignment with sales development objectives and promotional guidelines. This role bridges the gap between distribution centers, point‑of‑sale locations, and the customer, helping to drive volume and maintain product availability.
Key responsibilities
- Review sales development objectives and routing schedules, including any off‑schedule visits.
- Analyze previous delivery performance (volumes sold, return rates, order fill rates) for each scheduled customer.
- Check distribution‑center stock availability for top SKUs, new product innovations, and ongoing promotions.
- Assess point‑of‑sale stock levels and out‑of‑stock situations to formulate order suggestions.
- Present suggested orders to customers, discuss objectives, and adjust orders as needed.
- Secure best‑selling positions within accounts and capture competitor presence when required.
- Ensure pricing guidelines are fully applied and orders are correctly transferred.
Required profile
- University graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical thinking to identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluent English; basic English and intermediate proficiency in the local language.
- Valid driving license.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
