About the role

The Printers Support Specialist ensures that all printing equipment across the bank operates smoothly. You will be the primary point of contact for printer installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, supporting multiple branches and departments.

Key responsibilities

Install and configure printers and related hardware.
Monitor and maintain MPS software and network components within MPS projects.
Provide technical support to bank users via on‑site visits or phone.
Assist MPS system users across various branches and departments.
Repair or replace equipment as needed.
Test new printer technologies and evaluate performance.
Process branch requests for printer replacement or decommissioning.
Resolve open issues through the Help Desk CA system.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Banking experience preferred.
Solid understanding of hardware and software concepts.
Basic networking knowledge.

Required skills

Printer installation and configuration.
MPS software operation.
Networking fundamentals.
Hardware troubleshooting.
