Product Owner – Digital Health Platform

About the role

Join a fast‑moving team of doctors, technologists and healthcare professionals that is building a digital platform for next‑generation outpatient care. As Product Owner you will own the product backlog, guide the development team through each sprint and help shape a disruptive solution that puts the doctor‑patient relationship back at the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy, well‑prioritized product backlog that the engineering team can rely on each sprint.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, sprint planning and sprint reviews.
• Translate stakeholder input, user feedback and analytics into clear, scoped user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the product lead to balance trade‑offs, set priorities and keep the roadmap moving.
• Act as the day‑to‑day bridge between product lead, stakeholders, engineering, design and QA.
• Track sprint progress, surface blockers early and keep the team focused on value delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with PO responsibilities.
• Strong command of Scrum/Agile frameworks and hands‑on experience with the full PO toolkit.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to organise multiple workstreams in parallel.
• English proficiency; German is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Jira or similar backlog‑management tool.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices and web platforms.
