Production and Material Planner – EM

About the role

You will be responsible for creating process orders, managing bulk and raw ingredient material orders for the plant, and maintaining accurate floor and system inventory. The role ensures an uninterrupted supply of materials for manufacturing while preventing waste and adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, business development) and external partners (suppliers, carriers) to guarantee reliable material supply.
• Execute material requirement planning (MRP) processes, define and maintain master data, boundaries, and parameters.
• Manage material call‑offs, monitor vendor schedules, and report any production or shipping issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products according to KPI targets.
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) dashboard preparation and participate in operational excellence initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) methodologies and lead supply‑chain loss analysis projects.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management, purchasing or forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and manage relationships with suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
