Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to ensure our manufacturing lines operate smoothly and efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with supervisors, maintenance teams and the planning department to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify machine safety checklists before each shift.
• Receive and interpret monthly production plans and weekly loading schedules.
• Generate material requests using the Oracle system based on job orders.
• Execute production according to standard operating procedures and ISO documentation.
• Prepare daily production reports for approval by the Production Manager.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain power, distribution and dry transformers.
• Schedule jobs to maximise manpower and resource utilisation.
• Provide technical assistance and training to supervisors and technicians.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement and marketing to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain accurate records in line with ISO procedures.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical‑Mechanical Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in production, planning or quality.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
