Production Specialist – Solid, Sterile, Packaging, Soft Gelatin Oncology

About the role

We are seeking a Production Specialist to coordinate and organise manufacturing activities for solid, sterile, packaging, and soft‑gelatin oncology products. The role supports the Production Manager in ensuring that processes align with company objectives, GMP standards, and operational plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise daily manufacturing operations in collaboration with the Production Manager.
• Implement operational manuals, production plans and programmes.
• Verify availability of raw materials, packaging supplies, utilities, filters and machine parts.
• Monitor drug manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
• Maintain standard yields across production lines and report any deviations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP regulations.
