Program Lead

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Lead to drive large‑scale infrastructure programs. You will coordinate multiple inter‑dependent projects, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex infrastructure programs and portfolios.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans and governance frameworks.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts across multiple projects.
• Monitor performance against deliverables, timelines and business objectives.
• Engage with executive leadership, business sponsors, engineering teams, vendors and external partners.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Develop and control program and project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, contractors and consultants, reviewing contracts and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• At least 8 years (96 months) of experience managing large infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management capabilities.
