Project Contracts Manager

About the role

The Project Contracts Manager leads the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts for large‑scale infrastructure or industrial projects. Reporting to senior project leadership, the role ensures that all contractual arrangements align with project objectives and comply with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contract terms for alignment with project goals and legal compliance.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor compliance, manage change orders, and handle claims to minimise disruptions.
• Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual issues and liaise with legal counsel when needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance and compliance to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in contract management.
• Minimum 7 years in the EPC industry with extensive subcontract management experience.
• Proven experience on infrastructure or industrial projects, preferably in consortium or joint‑venture settings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
