Project Engineer – Service Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead service projects across the Middle East, ensuring successful delivery from sales hand‑over to project close‑out while meeting Bühler’s quality, safety and profitability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project management processes for small‑scale projects and support execution teams.
• Monitor progress, manage deviations and maintain transparent reporting of issues and their impact.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide accurate forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and develop corrective action plans.
• Supervise final negotiations, secure signed schedule baselines and manage change orders, reviews and site hand‑over.
• Deliver projects within agreed time, budget, cash flow and quality targets while complying with EHS standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or comparable role.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess business risks.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
