Project Manager – Client-Facing A/B Testing

About the role

The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving high‑impact A/B testing programs. You will coordinate research, design, development, QA, analytics and client stakeholders to ensure experiments move smoothly from concept to launch and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 members, managing the workflow from idea through build, launch and post‑launch analysis.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicating the rationale and expectations to clients.
• Lead weekly client meetings, presenting progress, results and next steps.
• Identify risks early, unblock teams and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that keeps both clients and internal teams focused and motivated.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a love for checklists, timelines and systematic planning.
• Excellent communication habits, preferring over‑communication and proactive outreach.
• High agency and curiosity – quick learner who enjoys technology, design and asking insightful questions.
• Willingness to learn A/B testing and conversion optimization on the job; no prior experience required.
