Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall planning and execution of construction projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and all project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and handle change management and claims.
• Review project reports, cost forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 12–15 years of experience managing large‑scale construction or real‑estate development projects.
• Proven track record delivering residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and contract administration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
