About the role
Raqmeyat, a leading IT solutions provider in the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a Project Manager to join its ERP team. The role involves overseeing the delivery of ERP solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Engage positively with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage daily project activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot project workflows and processes.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and communication to stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to coordinate multiple teams.
- Effective problem‑solving and reporting skills.
