Project Manager / Owner Representative – Hurghada

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Owner Representative to lead construction projects in Hurghada, Red Sea. The role focuses on schedule management, resource allocation, and compliance for hotel‑apartment and resort developments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, oversee and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Allocate manpower and budget resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement advanced execution practices.
• Monitor contractual compliance and apply project control processes consistently.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, including forecasts and variance explanations.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, contractors and the local community.
• Manage material delivery, handling and on‑site quality and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with design, technical office, marketing and sales departments.
• Handle project documentation, identify deficiencies and communicate them to the technical office.

Required profile

• Owner Representative experience with developers (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a similar senior role.
• Resident of Hurghada with prior experience on local projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Primavera scheduling software.
• Ability to use CAD programs.
