Projects Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and detail‑oriented Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role you will support project managers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and thorough documentation throughout each project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain clarity and satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting for construction projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation.
