QA International Analyst

About the role

The QA International Analyst supports quality control processes for Language Services Associates, helping to improve performance across interpretation service lines. The role involves designing solutions, preparing reports on assessments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer key quality control processes and maintain department metrics.
• Analyze data and produce actionable reports on performance and findings.
• Resolve client feedback and interpreter inquiries of varying complexity.
• Lead project phases, ensuring completion and implementation by agreed deadlines.
• Analyze interpretation quality standards and implement improvement plans.
• Provide evaluator support for quality assessments and audit performance.
• Liaise with other departments on inter‑departmental projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic, Spanish, ASL, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese) with strong English skills.
• Experience analyzing quality assurance processes and preparing reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Office administration or client service experience (preferred).
• Interpretation experience of at least six months (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
