QA/QC Senior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Senior Engineer to lead quality assurance and control initiatives across our operations in Cairo. The role focuses on developing robust quality management systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee QA/QC strategies, procedures and protocols aligned with ISO 9001.
• Lead testing, inspections, audits and evaluations of products, processes and systems to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze quality data using statistical techniques, interpret trends and prepare actionable reports for senior management.
• Mentor, train and supervise junior QA/QC staff, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Stay updated on emerging testing technologies and quality management best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC or related quality management roles, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in ISO 9001 implementation and certification audits.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities, capable of presenting findings to senior management.
