Quality Control Specialist – Internal Process Control

About the role

AGRANA Fruit, a global leader in fruit preparations, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to manage internal process control at its Obour City site. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance throughout production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality operations, including in‑process controls, CCP/OPRP/PRP monitoring, product release, audits, and documentation.
• Conduct QC testing, GMP and sanitation inspections, environmental and pest monitoring, and support calibration, maintenance, and line validation.
• Investigate non‑conformances and customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and report quality performance to the Quality Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality control or related industry.
• Microbiology background and knowledge of raw materials, processes, and products.
• Good command of English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality management software.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
• General IT systems knowledge.
