Quality Engineer (Construction)

About the role

Arabian Construction Company (ACC) is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to inspect, document, and improve quality processes across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in line with approved ITPs and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests, Non‑Conformance Reports, and quality records.
• Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on quality‑related matters.
• Identify improvement areas, recommend preventive measures, and promote a strong quality culture on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in the construction industry.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
