Quality Section Head

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Section Head to lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and work instructions across all manufacturing stages. The role ensures compliance, drives continuous improvement, and supports senior management with accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, explain, and enforce quality policies, procedures, and work instructions for all employees.
• Conduct internal monitoring and audits of every manufacturing stage to verify compliance.
• Review and improve the existing management system, quality procedures, and documentation.
• Issue implementation instructions and monitor their execution.
• Inspect incoming raw materials to confirm quality and specification conformity.
• Supervise production processes, factory cleanliness, employee hygiene, and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and monitor storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods.
• Investigate product‑related complaints and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on achievements, issues, and failures to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience in plastic manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Proven experience managing large quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum).
• Demonstrated ability to develop product technical specifications, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and data‑analysis skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
