Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role

Pinnacle Construction Projects (PCP) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join its construction and fit‑out team. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost information, supporting project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction and fit‑out projects.
• Implement cost planning and monitor cost control measures throughout project lifecycles.
• Generate cost management reports and support overall cost reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost projections and alignment with project objectives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in preparing BOQs and conducting cost planning.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Previous experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
