R2R Associate Manager – Finance Reporting

About the role

The R2R Associate Manager will own the accounting and reporting operations for assigned business units or geographical areas, ensuring accurate, complete and compliant financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting operations for designated BU/Geographical areas.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting cycles.
• Provide final sign‑off for monthly closing activities.
• Develop and maintain internal control measures within the Record‑to‑Report function.
• Drive process reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Review and approve manual general‑ledger journal entries.
• Perform balance‑sheet composition and aging analysis and P&L reviews.
• Review and approve account reconciliations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in process design and excellence.
