About the role

El Ghonemy Company for Trading and Construction is seeking a contract Real Estate Agent to join its Alexandria office. You will be responsible for managing property listings, guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property listings and related documentation.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about local real‑estate trends and regulations.
• Meet with clients, arrange property viewings, and provide professional advice.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Alexandria real‑estate market and relevant legal frameworks.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and properties, and keep precise documentation.
• Prior experience in construction, contracting, or real‑estate investment is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
