Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this position you will engage with prospective buyers, showcase premium properties, negotiate deals and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust client database and generate a daily flow of qualified leads.
• Contact, nurture and track potential customers, moving each lead through the sales funnel.
• Identify new sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date on project details, inventory and availability.
• Conduct client presentations, arrange site visits and provide expert property consultations.
• Maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Escalate client concerns to the Sales/Assistant Manager when required.
• Research and suggest additional sales channels to expand outreach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in real‑estate sales or a related area.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
