About the role

The Real Maker is a full‑time, on‑site position at Top Life Clinic, dedicated to guiding patients through their visit and ensuring a comfortable, informed experience. You will act as the friendly face of the clinic, helping patients navigate services and supporting the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with appointment coordination.
• Guide patients through clinic processes and help them locate services.
• Communicate clearly with medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Follow clinic procedures and support proactive improvements to patient experience.
