Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead regional student enrollment efforts for a globally expanding higher‑education institution based in New Cairo. You will own the recruitment strategy, manage partner networks, and drive conversion from inquiry to enrollment across assigned markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with institutional growth objectives.
• Achieve or exceed student enrollment targets in designated territories.
• Build, manage, and optimise a network of international recruitment agents and partners.
• Provide training and performance monitoring for agents to ensure accurate program representation.
• Manage prospective student inquiries, guiding candidates through the decision‑making process and converting leads into applications and enrollments.
• Represent the institution at in‑person and virtual recruitment events, fairs, webinars, and open houses.
• Track recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics; produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay market insights, demand signals, and program feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student recruitment or higher‑education enrollment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and partnership management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to students, parents, and institutional partners.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline tracking and follow‑up.
