Remote Account Manager – Client Relations & Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with a portfolio of client companies. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment‑related needs, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communications with assigned clients, understanding their hiring objectives and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Track open positions, oversee candidate pipelines, and coordinate with internal sourcing and delivery teams.
• Prepare regular status updates, reports and performance metrics for clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or broaden service offerings within existing accounts.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and negotiate expectations.
• Follow up with scheduled candidates to track their status throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, customer success or recruitment services, preferably within a staffing or professional services environment.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation abilities in virtual meetings.
• Highly organized with solid time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines remotely.
• Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment metrics and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
