About the role

BPOHIVE is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join its remote team. You will work US hours (4 pm – 1 am) from Egypt, focusing on scheduling appointments and generating leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Contact prospects and set qualified appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads to confirm attendance and gather necessary information.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointment details in the CRM.
Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly appointment targets.

Required profile

Native‑level or C1/C2 English proficiency.
Strong communication and customer service experience.
Previous sales or teleprospecting experience.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
Based in Egypt and available to work US evening hours.

Required skills

Appointment scheduling and lead generation.
