About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering clear, empathetic assistance across email, chat, and phone channels in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high‑quality communication standards and handle complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product changes.

Required profile
