Remote Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering clear, empathetic assistance through email, chat or phone while upholding our high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in our CRM, track open cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain quality and communication standards, handling complaints professionally and identifying recurring issues for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions and stay updated on product and policy changes.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset, empathy and patience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a home office.
• Basic computer literacy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
