Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programmer)

About the role

Turing is looking for a remote programmer to help validate and improve large‑scale training datasets used in agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to create and manage JSON‑based function‑calling tasks, ensuring data quality and consistency across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain quality standards for massive training datasets.
• Create, edit, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to align data with agentic use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the pipeline.
• Document best practices and contribute to dataset preparation guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Solid experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
• Attention to detail and a focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to large language models, agentic AI, or NLP.
