Remote Sales Representative – Work From Home

About the role

Join a high‑performing remote sales team where you will build relationships with prospective sellers and set up qualified appointments for closers. This position is fully remote and offers a performance‑driven compensation model.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through outbound calls and outreach.
• Book quality appointments for senior sales closers.
• Make 100+ calls per day and maintain a clean CRM.
• Provide daily self‑feedback and continuously improve sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset and confidence in handling rejection.
• Comfortable engaging strangers and building trust quickly over the phone.
• Motivated by growth and willing to work beyond standard hours when needed.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,100 USD per month plus 2 % commission on closed deals.
• Additional $100 USD bonus for each deal under contract.
